  The owner has a lot of audio knowledge but I am really dissapointed in the service. I bought a used $2K pre-amp. Within less than a year, I realized the preamp leaked sound between channels (I had always had only one source, so it could have been broken when I purchased it). I asked him if there was anything he could do, and he gave me a local repair place. Caveat emptor, but really for higher end products I would have thought he would have done more to stand behind a product even though it was used.
